OUR Business Terms

1. Fees

Quotations are firm for three months from the date of the proposal. The commissioning of a project implies acceptance of these terms and conditions

2. Confidentiality

ThinqMedia Ltd undertakes not to divulge any information made available by the client or arising during the course or a project without prior consent.

3. Payment, Interest & Charges

The project will be invoiced on acceptance by the client. Each stage in the production process; design, artwork and print may be invoice together or separately depending upon the project. Invoices will be settled within thirty days by the client. Amounts outstanding beyond this period are subject to an additional charge of 2.5% per month or part thereof. The client shall be liable for any loss or cost which ThinqMedia Ltd determines it has suffered as a result of any breach of this agreement. In particular ThinqMedta Ltd will charge the client such sum as the firm may decide in respect of the chasing and collection of overdue or unpaid invoices, returned or referred cheques.

4. Copyright

All information and reports produced by ThinqMedia Ltd shall remain the property of our company until such time as the client has discharged the payment of all fees. At which point ThinqMedia Ltd may grant intellectual right to the client. This may vary from client to client depending upon their requests and by separate agreement.

5. Proposals

Our copyright and the contents may not be communicated to a third party in any form without written permission.

6. Project Work

It may be necessary to make alterations to the methodology as the project proceeds. ThinqMedia Ltd will inform the client of any such changes. Any change initiated by the client will be charged according to the time these amends take.

7. Travel

All UK travel is included; unless the proposal states excluding costs. Travel will be charged at the cost or if by car at 40p per mile.

8. Termination

In the event of a client wishing to terminate a project, ThinqMedia Ltd will make a deduction for that portion of the work not undertaken. If under contract for an agreed period the client can terminate the agreement early by giving appropriate notice in writing.

9. Disputes

9.1 Invoices. Should the client query any invoices, these queries should be raised, in writing within 14 days of the invoice date, otherwise it is deemed that the invoices are accepted by the client. No discussion or adjustment is possible after this time

9.2 Complaints of damage in transit, shortages, or of any faulty goods should be reported within 5 working days of delivery in writing to the agency.

9.3 Notice of non-delivery should be reported within 5 working days from the date of advice of dispatch.

10. Delivery

Every effort will be made to meet forecast delivery dates. We cannot accept liability for any loss arising from the failure to meet these.

11. Liability

Every reasonable care is taken in the handling of customers property. The charges made for our services do not reflect or incorporate unlimited liability and all orders are accepted on the basis that the liability of ThinqMedia Ltd shall not exceed the value of the contract or part of the contract in dispute.


Should ThinqMedia Ltd have any customers material and it is considered to be of a high value, this fact must be declared to the agency in writing. Customers are advised to fully insure all material of special value against risks. Any claim by the customer for any loss or damage however caused shall be limited to £100.00.
